Incredible hotel, tucked away in the hills, ideal location for visiting local attractions. Photos don't do it justice (pool, and tea area have undergone significant renovation). A good selection of activities including evening bonfire, and daily free tea/snack. Good on-site restaurant - fantastic breakfast.

Extraordinary experience. Staff was extremely courteous. The welcome spice tea is amazing. A beautiful bonfire in the evening with music and dance.. Lovely classical dance performances organised. Hotel asked us if there was any special occasion for which we were travelling and they arranged a surprise cake for the same.. Food is very delicious and we get a lot of options to choose from. The weather is amazing and the view from the hotel room is very scenic.

Loved everything!! The location, the layout of the resort, the food, the pool area and the room was exceptional. The staff were top tier, excellent customer service. They all were so genuinely kind!

The hotel was amazing and the location was so serene and peaceful.Staffs were really helpful and warm, special mention to Jyoti who really made our stay memorable.Would surely can me back again.

The location was amazing surrounded by cardamom plants and other trees. We were upgraded so that we had an L shaped balcony to enjoy nature. The room and balcony were large. Every morning we woke up to birdcalls of different birds. The staff were very nice and attentive. The breakfast items were tasty and included many local dishes. Chef Vishnu who gave cooking demos in yhr evenings explained the preparation patiently and kindly agreed to our request to teach how to prepare Avial.
